When we first made the decision to sell our home I did some comparisons of the neighborhood. I thought we had a good idea of what the value of the home was and what we would ask. During our first meeting with Lisa, she went over the same things that we had considered. Then she opened our eyes to values we had not considered and made recommendations regarding staging for sale or not staging.
